Due to inclement weather, the DeKalb County School System has adjusted the schedule for the redistricting and consolidation public input workshops, recommendations from the superintendent to the board, and the final scheduled vote by the board, according to the system.
The final vote by the board for redistricting and consolidation was set for February, but has been moved to March 7.
Here is the revised schedule for the public workshops: Jan. 18, Miller Grove High School; Jan. 19, Druid Hills Middle School; Jan. 20, Chamblee High School; Jan. 25, McNair High School; Jan. 26, Bethune Middle School; Jan. 27, Stone Mountain Middle School. All meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.
The superintendent's recommendation to the board is set for Feb. 7, with county BOE hearings set for March 1 and March 3.
