I have been attending college in Virginia. I am home until January 2013. My previous voting precinct was in Dekalb county. The online form was completed and put in the mail on October 9, 2013 to change this to Libetrty County, GA. In going to do advance voting on last Friday, I was told my registration did not get to the voting office until October 16 and I am still registered in Dekalb county. Is there an online means for Dekalb of casting my vote?
