Man arrested again on bank robbery charges

A man who was arrested for attempted bank robbery in Chamblee was arrested by Dunwoody Police in connection with two 2011 bank robberies in that city, Dunwoody police spokesman Sgt. Mike Carlson said. Trevor Gladstone, 39, of Sandy Springs, was arrested and charged with two counts of robbery and intimidation.

Gladstone is suspected of the Bank of America at 1 Perimeter Center East in Dunwoody on June 4, 2011 and again on Dec. 3 last year, police said. Chamblee Police arrested Gladstone on Feb. 28 for attempted robbery of a Wells Fargo bank. He took a taxi to and from the bank, and was led back to the bank by a MARTA police officer after he did not have money to pay for the cab fare.

After the arrest for the Dunwoody robberies, Gladstone was taken to DeKalb County Jail, where he was later released on bond.
